We offer a flexible, commitment-free alternative to full-time staff. Our personal assistance service provides you with a dedicated PA to handle tasks as needed, while our home management service develops a customized plan to keep your home running smoothly. There are no minimum hour requirements, and if you ever need a different PA, we’ll ensure a seamless transition.

There is no hourly minimum, but we do require a contract for our services. However, you can cancel at any time with no long-term commitment.

All of our employees sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and our contracts include a strict confidentiality clause. Your privacy is our top priority.

The name Girl Friday came from a 1940s film called “His Girl Friday.” The term “girl Friday” describes a go-getter woman you could trust to get things done.

We do both. Our personal assistants work directly with clients on hands-on tasks, while our home management service focuses on vendor coordination and overseeing home maintenance.

Yes! We take the guesswork out of finding trusted professionals. We work with a carefully selected network of vendors and will handle all scheduling, communication, and oversight.

We oversee vendor work to ensure quality and reliability, though we typically don’t stay for the entire job. Our vendors are trusted professionals, but if you’re ever unsatisfied with their work, we will step in to make it right.

For invoices under $1,000, we will pay the vendor on your behalf and bill you. Our goal is to streamline your life—so instead of making multiple payments to different vendors, you’ll receive one consolidated invoice from Girl Friday.

No. We do not mark up vendor pricing. Whatever the vendor charges, is what we charge for reimbursement. You only pay Girl Friday’s hourly rate for our time managing the process.

We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. While you may not always get your usual PA or home manager, we will work quickly to fulfill your needs.

I see this all the time—people want help but struggle to relinquish control because they don’t take the time to invest in their assistant. Remember, you have to spend time to get time. Just 15-30 minutes a week with your personal assistant can give you hours of your life back. A little effort upfront leads to a smoother, more efficient life.

We recommend trying an assistant for 30 days to see if you both work well together. If you are not happy, we will place you with another assistant.
PRICING & PAYMENT

We charge hourly, and you only pay for the time you use. Invoices are sent at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s services.

For home management, we create custom service packages based on your home’s needs. We’ll review your home’s maintenance requirements and build a plan that keeps everything on track.

We accept credit cards, checks, and ACH transfers for easy and secure payment.

Yes, with advance notice and for a slightly higher fee, we can accommodate weekend and after-hours requests.
